Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a shipping label and return instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable items, sale items, or gift cards.

Please place a new order after your return is accepted.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
